This is what the kit includes.  what you need is a vise, hammer, and a pair of clamps.

Place flat on top plate.

Bolt top plate to bending jig.

Put holding bolts in. Put in vise. Bend the side down. turn. Repeat

Remove holding bolts. Clamp metal bars to sides using a hammer. Bend the tops over.

Remove from jig. this is a picture of a store-bought and the one i just did.

This is a picture of my first flat bend, using a beater kit. You can't beat a beater!
